"Caroline at the front desk was the epitome of excellent customer service, professionalism and friendliness. Kevin at the Canyon (?) bar went above and beyond with service and made me feel comfortable as an older woman coming into a bar alone. This was on Christmas day with a full house and crowded lobby. Its the best hotel experience I have had in many years. I highly recommend this establishment!"

"Pretty expensive considering what you get. Not a bad stay by any means but, we frequently stay in Dallas and FW and considering my room view was their 2nd or 3rd floor rooftop, no driving service, you have to pay daily to valet, and the room was pretty basic the price point doesn’t make sense for me. We will probably visit another hotel next time. "

"The food was amazing! I had stuffed chicken with mashed potatoes and mushrooms in a chimichuri sauce. The bar is comfy and the staff is super nice. Clean room, AC worked like a champ. Will return! "
