The day we checked out, we left for an appointment early in the morning and came back at 10:30 a.m. to get our stuff and check out. The key card had already been deactivated and we got locked out of our room. We had to go back downstairs and have the man reactivate our key card. He said they deactivate close to check out. The card should not deactivate until 11 since we need to get...

"I liked that the location was central to a lot of places. The breakfast was great because they had several options. The only downside was our key card never worked and we had to get it replaced a handful of times. The only other thing was they had no smoking signs literally EVERYWHERE, however the hallways reeked of Mary Jane. Plus, they never mentioned that they would have a deposit of 50 dollars. You do get the deposit back however I would have liked to known upfront. "
