She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and worked so incredibly hard bartending alone for a large number of patrons. I have to give MAJOR kudos to Grace B for going way above and beyond for accommodating us and allowing us a late check out. It helped tremendously and we appreciated her wonderful service so much. Lovely stay - will definitely return!! "

"Old building, but clean and updated. Cable cars go right down the street. Nice lobby. I traveled with my daughter and the two double beds was perfect. Short walk from Powell St BART station makes getting to and from the airport seamless. Cheap and frequent buses take you to all the sights in SF. Good"
