"Staff are terrific, the hotel is beautifully presented, with lovely colour themes, decor, design, linen, toiletries, even complimentary champagne on ice when you arrive. I do hope the bedding/mattress topper is changed, the bed is suffocating, it’s far too fluffy! The shower in the bath tub is an accident waiting to happen, and please offer some hair conditioner. Coffee isn’t flash in the rooms, or in the dining room. "

"I can't wait to visit again! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious. Dinner was wonderful - the sticky toffee pudding was one of the best things I've ever eaten. The view is outstanding and there is easy access to the beach."
