"I felt the location was pretty good. We were able to walk to alot of destinations. I felt the room was extremely small. I understand we opted for bunkbeds but still. I also felt like breakfast could have been included or a voucher provided. Everywhere offers you breakfast these days."

"The room served our purpose; close to everything we wanted to see. However, there were amenities lacking and one of the staff members was very unhelpful and did not seem to care too much about anything. Recommended stay if you plan on only using the room for sleeping and storing luggage."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the San Carlos. We had a Queen suite with a separate bedroom which was perfect for traveling with a young kid. The room was clean and super comfortable. The location was perfect for us: walking distance to the American Girl doll store, lots of restaurants and an easy cab ride to everything else. Our view was not great but we didn’t really mind because otherwise it was perfect for us."
