"The Roma were a very nice size for London. The location is excellent. Close to the tube, a little grocery store, and lots of restaurants. The bed was comfortable, shower was excellent. Staff absolutely lovely. My second stay here and will stay again on my next trip. "

Rather odd

"I was surprised to be asked for a £100 deposit and then asked to walk up the road to another hotel. In that hotel, in the room I was allocated, there was no hot water and so I to move rooms. All at 11pm."
