"Good friendly and efficient staff. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was fine, but was surprised there was only vegan sausages on offer. Eggs, either fried, poached or scrambled were really good. Only a choice of filter coffee, which was fine but would normally see a machine so you can make a choice. Parking is very limited but we knew this in advance. Great location for all things London."

"You get what you pay for. Excellent service and staff at front desk . Clean rooms but windows usually difficult to shut and don’t keep all noise out. There will (naturally) be noise until around 10pm inside the hostel. Perfect for a cheap night and early start stay in central London. "

"A really nice stay as always but I am very annoyed and frankly shocked that, when asking months in advance for an accessible room for elderly and infirm family, I was messaged only a couple of days before the stay to say we needed to pay £40 extra per room per night for that - I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to penalise someone for their disability. If it isn’t it’s completely immoral and it made me think twice about bothering to book there again. I always recommend friends to stay there but that...
