"Convenient to midtown transportation and Times Square - away from the hustle and bustle. Price very high but it was Christmas holiday. Only two elevators so know you will have to wait. Nice hotel but would not consider it a luxury hotel for the price. "

"This was my second time staying here and I can’t rave enough about how amazing it is. Prime location, free water, super comfy bed, hot water in the shower, and free yummy coffee in the lounge. "Excellent location and great transport links. The room was a good size with a fantastic view over the WTC and the 9/11 Memorial. The staff were friendly and, when it worked, the coffee machine in the lounge was a welcome addition to the water station. We were glad to be able to borrow a kettle as there was only a Nespresso maker in the room. The gym was small and seemed poorly ventilated. We found the bed too soft and would have welcomed an additional duvet given the freezing temperatures...

"AC was my only complaint, soon as i mentioned it to management "Omar" he moved us to a better unit. The staff in general was great! I really enjoyed my stay. It's dead center in the middle of where i wanted to be. Times square, what a great experience!"
