"The hotel was very clean and at the heart of everything. Central Park is about a 10 minute walk and Time Square is about 10 minute; however, if you are traveling with kids add another 5 to ten minutes. I love the option of being able to rent an electric bike which is the best way of transportation. The Icon parking lot offers a discount if you get you ticket validated. I do have to mention that eating at the hotel can be very expensive with two beer nothing fancy going for 26.00 and the customers service from the restaurant is not desirable I give them a 3. Overall my experience was good."

"The staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival. Our double room had adequate space, and the fridge and microwave were nice to have. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located for our needs, and it was nice to be located away from the chaos of Times Square. "
