The staff is super friendly and accommodating - not at all intimidating for a first-time traveler to the area. The valets greeted me first and gave me the quick run down before I headed through the courtyard into the main lobby. A feature that I found really cool is the sensor about 8-10ft from the lobby door that picks you up in perfect timing to have the door open seamlessly for you as you walk in - it's a small detail but impressive for this traveler nonetheless.
