"Had a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific. Upon arrival around 1pm we not only had access to our room but were upgraded to a two bedroom suite on the top floor! The convenience of value parking alone was worth it. What I was most impressed with was although we had a late check out we opted to check out at earlier 11:15am to shop at DFO. Our bags were left with the concierge and upon returning 2 hours later to leave were told the bags were now in my vehicle out the front! Super impressed the staff were...

I ordered the hamburger but would have preferred a hamburger that was smaller and therefore less expensive. And maybe have more basic choices. We did like your hotel and would stay there again."
