"Felt safe being opposite the police station. Access to tram, train and shuttle bus to airport. Also within walking distance into shopping area for those able to do so. The room looked a bit tired and dated but the beds were very comfortable and the area was clean which was what we were hoping. It was also lovely and quiet. We were able to check in early than 2pm. They also looked after our luggage after we checked out until we left for airport. "

"Pros: Good customer service, hotel facilitated an early check-in and providing different pillows. Bed was comfortable, location was great - walking distance to Melbourne Park for the AO, the airconditioner worked well, great blackout curtains and housekeeping service. Nice food at Harry's restaurant for dinner and the buffet breakfast. Cons: Hotel is way past its prime, would have been 5 star in the 80's & 90's but not now. The facilities and rooms are a bit run down e.g., tiles in the main...
