"3 night stay for a conference at nearby Salt Palace CC. I chose Peery for its history and unique character over a cookie cutter corporate tower (still, it’s a Hilton property). The bedroom itself was great - 3 bright windows on a corner facing 300S - minimal noise from street/sidewalk. Comfortable bed, desk for work, space to move around. The bathroom, however, was the smallest I’ve seen in all my years of staying in historic hotels —- sorta comical to step over the toilet to reach the shower!...

"the room we stayed in had a view of the valley. Amazing sunrise view without leaving the room. Great for people that don’t want to get out that early. Good food with a view as well. Service was great and big portions. Our bed was too soft for our liking. Room attendants didn’t clean under the bed for the last visitors but did know that until we were checking out making sure we didn’t leave anything behind. Great little history museum and theater. A little gift shop on site. Store and gas station...

"Location is good, not many choices for dining and shopping. Good location for all the outdoor activities. The place is old and room is very tight. Did not tried the buffet breakfast. We did not have any safety issue, but kind of wary the first, we were alone in the back of the hotel and no other guests around."
