"Lovely resort. The design is a bit odd and all the non villa rooms with pools are actually full shade, which sort of defeats the purpose of a private pool. We ended up switching and upgrading to a villa which had the sun and view and turned so so into a great experience. Food is very pricey compared to other resorts and it is relatively away from most places. There isn’t a nearby town for restaurants. "

"Love the property. We stayed in one of the renovated pool villas which was nicely done. We could see some parts of the resort needs renovation and updating. Warm and welcoming service. Housekeeping a little inconsistent and can be improved. Restaurant bookings also can be managed better. There could more choices of outlets for lunch and due to CNY, breakfast was a little chaotic, maybe open up one more outlet to accommodate the overflow of guests during breakfast? Beautiful setting and grounds....

They remembered things like, portable speaker, the bag in the closet, the adaptor for pulls and the welcoming drinks at the bar. There was nothing that we didn't like about this hotel. Only downfall was cleanliness of room, had to go to the front desk twice to get them to clean room properly. Floors were not mopped after last guest only swept so after walking barefoot our feet were disgusting and dirty foot prints in bath tub left by maid."
