"What I didn't like is that that charge for parking $30 a day in Feb. They initially said 1 vehicle per unit ...we rented a unit for 6 people so of course we had 2 cars. They charged us 60.00 for the additional car but when we went to park there weren't any spots so we pd in another lot. I told the front desk that I wanted a refund for the parking ...she then informed me that it was for the 1 vehicle that we parked there. Why don't they just add parking into the price of the room we paid?"

"I was on the 14th floor, top floor and had a gorgeous view of the skyline and some parking lot. There is a restaurant inside, cant say much because i didnt go in and a starbucks connected but outside! Get breakfast anywhere else just fyi, many amazing places nearby. The hotel room itself was amazing, the bed was more comfy than expected and it was HUGE and clean, the carpet felt really clean, i know thats a weird flex but yeah lol. I mean for a king bed room i could fit a twin size air mattress...

"Great location. The room turned out to be dwo bedroom apartment with bath and kitchen. One bedroom had foam matress- not so good, but the other was spring matress perfect. We reported damaged sofa, and receptionist agreed it was broken before, so No issues or cost to me. Balcony with great view on the plaza with fountain- you feel like in Italy! Super clean place, maybe a little too much chlorine smell in room. Anyways it was perfect for one night stay, to see water-fire event and have Italian...
