"We were upgraded to the radisson blu in Belfast as the park inn has not reopend since covid. Upon arrival we couldn't check in as room wasnt ready..we arrived at 3.10 check in opens at 3....we had too leave the hotel as wee had a reservation too eat before we went to a concert so they took the bags too out room when it was ready and we collected keys when we returned at 1.30am. Beds were comfy but room itself is in need of a revamp. Shower screen didnt fit bath properly so the floor got...

"We had the most loveliest stay. My son was 4 on the day of check out, at breakfast 3 managers came with balloons, chocolates for me, cupcakes and a present for my son. He was delighted everyone sung happy birthday to him. It really made his day. "
