"A very helpful receptionist sorted out rooms on the same floor and car parking for the people transporting me around Belfast. This feels like a very upmarket hotel at basic chain prices with all the facilities anyone could want. "

Disappointed that staff did not mention on check-in that a physical ticket was required from the associated car park to obtain the hotel negotiated rate, meaning it cost almost €30 instead of £17.50. On checkout when I became aware of this, the hotel offered no solutions or apologies, which was a shame."

The standard room that we stayed in was spacious and fully equipped with tea & coffee facilities, hair dryer etc. The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the city centre with lots of good restaurants at hand. The hotel’s own bar was very welcoming and breakfast was five star. Great place will definitely use again. "
