"Came to Omaha for work but brought the family with too. Have nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel. Room was clean and comfy. Entire hotel was in great shape and very sound-proof which is rare. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even brought our dog along and they were extremely accommodating. Breakfast was great. Valet was busy but did a great job. Love the proximity to the Old Market. We have a couple of hotels we love in downtown Omaha but honestly the pet-friendliness of this hotel might make this the new go-to. "

"Parking is the only issue I’d say was an issue. If guests utilize the parking garage their tickets should be validated otherwise it is way too expensive and on street parking it hit or miss."

"Room was clean and had a great view from 10th floor. Only complaint is thin walls and could hear loud drunkies (2:30 am bar close crowd) in the hallway. Sounded like they were literally shouting at our door.... Price for parking was $25 per night, not terrible but cost was an unknown until we checked out. Necessary evil when driving/parking in Omaha. Great location easy walking distance to CHI event center (15 min walk), and quick easy access to shopping and dining options in the Old Market. Would book here again for sure! "
