"The resort has makings of a Four Seasons but still need to improve their level of service and consistent room cleanliness - one of our two rooms had a roach, one other room they left one glass and a kettle and nothing else! And no one answers the front desk phone! To get a porter, we had to walk all the way to the front desk to ask them .. and we found the staff on the room behind the front desk chatting with each other! However when we asked for more tea bags and milk for our room we were told it is chargeable, despite there being a kettle in the room. The three nights we were there, they never filled the showrer gel bottle. All the concierge staff were very friendly and helpful.
