"Room was large and comfortable, food was decent and varied (the different patisseries for dessert were amazing!). One heated pool and one heated waterslides area meant its worth a visit even in the cooler months. Loads of kids in half term, they had a great time. Contact the hotel early to book into the special restaurant, there was no availability for us for the 3 nights we were there. We were also too slow booking the free shuttle into town so had to pay for a taxi."

"Really pleased with the hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly- we are both veggie and didn’t have a problem with the food options but we may have found it repetitive if we had stayed longer. Our only concern was that housekeeping knocked on our door at 22.45 one night I think to give us something but we didn’t feel happy answering the door."

"Stayed here for 4 nights s a couple & found the stay pleasurable & the staff were friendly, but there was a big shock when they were advertising on the website as all inclusive only to find out after we paid that it was breakfast only , so disappointed with that . I told them to address this confusion urgently for their benefit, but we still went ahead & stayed there & did enjoy the experience ! Chow !"

"Accomodation was far better than i expected. Its a new property. Staff were friendly. If i remember his name was Yaseed. He took care of our requests. The other guy came to me to show me shop nearby. Flat had a fridge, over, kitchen utensils, washing machine... Huge space for a family. I am really impressed with my stay. The flat was at Palmier near to a pizza shop called Cucina Napoli. And also walkable distance from Palmier clinique(if someone wants to get taxi from Railway station). Thank you...
