"I were not impressed with the two nights we stayed at this hotel/ river suits. The check in room is under some stairs. You walk right into an office. Staff was nothing more than they needed to be: Not a warm welcome. We felt that the pictures the property advertised with with does not match the reality of what you get. - Rooms were not clean. Dust and spots - Beds were small. Sofa bed was terrible and unusable to sleep in. - bathroom were small and not very inviting. The list goes on."

"The setting is beautiful. The condominium is tired. The bathroom rug had not been cleaned and the bedroom closet smelled moldy and musty as well as the condominium hallways. We did a lot of hiking so we mainly used the place to sleep, shower and get ready for the day. As I said, the place looked "Tired" and needs a facelift. The staff were all nice and helpful. "

"A lovely property. Log cabins seem to be rather rustic, but once inside it had everything we needed. Annette and Dylan were especially good to work with. All in all, a wonderful experience for two grandparents and three granddaughters! Oh, and a small yapper dog."
