"The only problem I had is that I was booked in a room either next to an adjoing room where they were playing with the heater all night or it was the elevator all night and I only had one wash cloth. Kind of annoying. Staff is always great!"

"Staff are always pleasant and asking if they can help you. Always greeted with a hello or good bye. In walking distance to Aquarium, Boston Commons, Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall, Freedom Trail. Great places to eat in the area and the Pub right next door was an added bonus. The water bottles and filtered water on every floor is a nice touch. The coffee/expresso machine in the lounge was broken the two days we were there which was a disappointment. Second time staying at this property and would...

"I loved how it was connected to the Prudential but wished the room was a little bit bigger. The water got hot extremely fast and had excellent pressure, the staff was lovely and pleasant and made the check in process smooth"
