Cheese on your beef bowl - genius! Have a stack of luggage carts to make your life easier. Not exactly the best place to be if you're thinking of spending those last few days in Tokyo - the commute to big stations like Shibuya and Tokyo Station is a challenge, with Yokohama a lot quicker to get to, but the perfect place to wind down or jump-start your trip, and in the case of winding-down, area offers an abundance of last-minute souvenir options so that your luggage weighs exactly 23kilos per bag for the trip home. :)"

"Really good location - located within the airport itself. Really quiet, decent breakfast buffet. Good service. Only small issue is the pillows were quite hard but a personal preference and we still slept fine before our flight the next day."

"Really convenient as the hotel is across the street from Nishi Shinjuku Chome on the Toei line - a lot of other hotels are a bit of a hike from subway stops. Small rooms which are expected in Tokyo - pretty decent public bath - the coin operated laundry needs a bit of an upgrade - the dryers take multiple hours to dry clothes."

"We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were first greeted at the door to introduce us to the no shoe policy and they cleaned the bottom of our suitcases. The onsen was very enjoyable. The beds are comfortable. The shower was great. This is a large hotel, but it never felt over crowded. "

"Love the convenience that they have airport limousine pick up and drop off. Clean facility, breakfast buffet was good. Walking distance to family mart, 7-11, shopping area. Nice view of skytree. "

"Location of the hotel is a prime spot right by the main station in Osaka which opens up options to everywhere. One floor down from the main lobby is a dining area right above Yodobashi Camera so if you don't want to go far for food, there is always those options. And there's also a Uniqlo on the ground level of the hotel making a lot of shopping easy to do."
