Beds were incredibly comfortable - fridge in room , coffee , tea , bath amenities. A relaxation room with amazing massage chairs and a tea/coffee service 4-8 pm. Coin laundry on site . "My partner and I had a fantastic stay. We had a room on the top floor with a beautiful balcony/patio area. Location is a 2 minute walk to Kyoto Station. Complimentary welcome drinks and very efficient and helpful staff. Gorgeous hotel. We didn't use the public bath since we both have tattoos, but that would be another plus to book here for non tattooed travelers! They might allow small tattoos with coverings but we didn't ask or have time to use the bath either. Would definitely book here again!"
