"Super location, older character style properly right on the main square. Very helpful stuff. However rooms are dated and beds uncomfortable. We booked superior room which was very basic. I can only imagine what standard rooms are like. Toilet and bathroom are separate across the room which was not good having to go across to wash your hands after using toilet facility. Breakfast was very basic and not worth the money. Plenty of eating places just outside so don’t bother paying for it. Overall 4...

"The best place to stay in Strasbourg with amazing restaurants, shops, bars and historical sites all within walking distance. Rooms, staff, amenities, and breakfast were all wonderful. Modern and spacious rooms were a perk."

"Hotel is very charming and fantastic location. The room was extremely warm and the AC/hearing unit was difficult to use. Shower wasn’t great and the hairdryer cut out every 20 seconds and wouldn’t start again for another 5 mins. However none of this was a big deal and I would definitely recommend and stay again! "

Bistro is excellent but only opens a limited number of evenings, and the Orangerie restaurant had a limited and complex menu.
