Mais quelques remarques faites ce matin à la réception avant mon départ: - je suis resté 2 nuits et ma chambre n'était pas faite: lit pas fait et sdb pas nettoyée. - pouvez vous mettre des tampons sous les chaises qui sont très bruyantes dans les chambres et salle de petit déjuener? - les assiettes du petit dejéuner sont trop petites. il serait intéressant de proposer 2 formats"

"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. "Great little aparthotel in an excellent location near transit and all the main sites in Strasbourg. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything seemed to be no more than a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Plenty of amenities including kitchenette in the room and WeWash laundry on the main floor."
