"Perfectly nice clean room before or after a long flight. I arrived shattered, past midnight and collapsed into the bed and slept soundly. You'd never know you were at an airport. Small room but is everything you need for a short stay/stopover. Loved the key drop by lifts so you can just go on your way and less dragging your luggage about. "

"On arrival I was given the wrong room but still charged the higher room rate for the room I had booked. It was resolved fairly quickly. Reception staff were generally pleasant and helpful. The re-stocking of the room each day varied and necessitated a hunt for housekeeping staff (to get coffee, flannels, body lotion....) The rooms were very clean though. The executive lounge happy hour food has been stepped down to a couple of items on a plate. It was nicer having a self-service area for...

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"I stayed in a group of 4 friends, hotel was the Perfect location from St Pancras station! The staff were lovely and check in was easy, the were some treats left in our room which was a lovely touch! The room was lovely and spacious but the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable, but the main bed was lovely! We would stay again , thank you ! "
