"I thought all the staff from check-in to maid service was exceptional, very pleasant. I had an extremely bad incident trying to check out. I gave a staff member a $20 tip to get my suitcases down to the lobby (I hurt my knee skiing). An hour later, my suitcases are not downstairs. The front desk employee was rude and not helpful. I finally corralled someone else and insisted he retrieve my luggage. Bus arrived, no suitcases. Fortunately the luggage came before I was stranded. I could...

"Everything was good with our stay, except the handicap parking spots were not plowed. The other spots were plowed, but with my wife being in a wheelchair, we were very disappointed to see that they took care of the other parking spots, but not the handicap parking spots"

"An early arrival was met with accommodations. The hotel is an older hotel that is going through updates. The rooms are completely updated and very comfortable. The lobby and the lobby bar are also updated and very comfortable. We utilized the oxygen bar and it is helpful for coming to elevation.. The hot tub is very small and has not been updated. The elevators are also original and very difficult to get carts in. The staff is helpful and feiendly."
