"Would be all five stars except for the failure to have a functioning coffee machine in our room, and the inability of staff to provide a working replacement anytime during our three-day stay. We had the same problem when we stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday in 2024. I’m at a loss as to how a five star hotel such as Hyatt has an apparent inability to supply this admittedly simple (but highly valued in these cold months) amenity.
