"Worst management. Called them to check if 3 people can stay in a room and I was told that they’d provide an extra bed for the third guest. After multiple attempts and screaming they provided the extra bed at 10:30PM when kids were already asleep after a long flight. There were no water bottles in the room and I had to go to visit the reception desk twice to even get the complementary water bottles that I was “Supposed” to have at the time of check in.
