"Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The mattress was so comfortable and the majority of staff was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the manager was rude, treating my friends poorly, yelling at them because they did not fill out a visitor's form 24 hours before my visit (They did not need to do that as my Indian "sponsor's" contact information was on my visa) and then yelling at me for ordering dinner for them for which I paid for at check out. "Had previously stayed at the hotel multiple times during our visit to India. However, this visit we encountered a few issues. The room was ok but the bathroom needed to be cleaned more throughly. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi connection to the room which was very inconvenient. Had to speak to the front desk and even show the absence of SreeKanya on available networks. Had to spend the day with no access. Will update if things improve on our return to hotel next week. "
