"Stay was good. But hotel is still under setup. pool was not available though it was mentioned in the amenities. Many amenities are still being setup. reception did not meet 5 star hotel standards. Front desk staff just did not care about the guest who were arriving. We just had to care for ourselves. No special star hotel vibes. "The hotel was very good. Clean, spacious rooms with good view of hills. The staff was very helpful and polite. Especially the restaurant "Vyom" within the hotel is pretty good. Their Mandir Thali was amazing. The manager at Vyom is the best host I've come across. Their receptionist staff Balasubramaniam helped me to buy Darshan Token. Overall great experience. One thing i would want to caution the fellow travellers - "Don't eat the snacks available in the room" these snacks are sold by the hotel at double the price than what is printed as MRP on them. For eg. I ate a potato chips packet with 75/- rupees MRP, the hotel charged me 150/- rupees taxes for it. While providing the room overview, the staff doesn't explain this "Double charge than MRP" thing, which i found a bit deceptive. My 3 snacks totalled to 889/- !!! Other than that everything was pretty good."

"We party of 4 stayed at Lemontree in 2 rooms. It was a great experience with curteous staff. They offered excellent service from the time we check-in for 6 night stay. Initially we were given two rooms facing city, but because of street noice we requested for a change and they moved us to a different rooms next to each other. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet service and a la carte menu items with both western , Italian, & south asian choices. Hotel is brand new with great interior design and spacious rooms and firm beds for 2 people stay. "
