"We appreciated the kind, supportive, and flexible staff when it came to our requests and meals. But most of all, they were kind enough to move our room off of the lower floor. We wanted to cancel our booking because the road noise was quite loud due to the festival, but we couldn't becaues of Expedia's bad refund policy. The manager really helped us out and got us better room, where we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Also, the parking was a dream compared to every other hotel we stayed...

"Very convenient hotel. Right next to all the pubs and bars. We were placed on the front of the hotel and so could hear noise until early hours. If this is something that bothers you I would ask for a room that is at the back of the hotel. The Rooms are small but have most things you would need. They didn’t however have a mini fridge which I think is needed if you there for a few days. I would say this hotel is suited for younger people. "The Snug Townhouse is a fantastic place to stay. The location is perfect! The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and well appointed. Check in was very easy and the receptionist was helpful and offered local knowledge. The was easy and reasonably priced parking near by which we were recommended by the team at The Snug. "
