"Reserved a room for my daughter who was visiting Galway from Dublin, for a day. My decision was based on location and other positive guest reviews. The hotel lived up to it's positive rating; my daughter loved her stay. The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the main train/bus station and everything is in walkable distance to it with lot's of dining spots all around. The room was neat & clean with a comfortable bed. Would stay here again."

Our room needed more dusting but everything else looked clean and the beds were really comfortable.. rooms are spacious.. They had to deal with an unfortunate and out of their control issue regarding the water supply but they had a great solution in place and handled it fantasically.
