"The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were very good and the continental breakfast was also very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The porter took our two large suitcases up three flight of stairs to our room. The hotel is just around the corner from Victoria coach station and it was ideal for my partner and myself to stay overnight before our cruise."

"I sont often leave a review but this hotel was fantastic. Lovely 1 night stay with the kids. Huge spacious deluxe family room which meant that there was a single bed each for the kids. Lots of space in the room and a chromecast which meant you could stream a film at night onto the tv to keep kids happy. Breakfast was very good. Helpful staff...gluten free bread and corn flakes on offer. Good qualiry food. I have to say one of the nicest hotels ive stayed in with the kids. "

"The best part about this hotel is the location. Great spot for walking to either shops in SoHo or Mayfair. Hotel itself is nice. Tacky, but in an entertaining way. Room was comfortable, but was noisy. Could hear everything in the hall and through the walls. Bed was a-mazing (best part of the room), but the shower was a bit dirty. It smelled a little like ammonia and you could hear/feel the old water squishing under the shower flooring when you stepped in before you turned the water on. Also...
