"Absolutely loved my experience here. Super courteous staff, amazing location, great food and amenities. The only thing that I struggled with was the television and the internet. YouTube was not working properly and there was no Netflix or Prime available. I was only there for one night so didn’t request it to be fixed either. But I’m sure they would’ve dealt with it. "

"So the hotel is amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. The common areas are incredible and the location is the best I've stayed in London, and I've been there a lot. The only downside was that the cleaning services were very inconsistent. For the first few days there were no issues, but towards the end there were several days we came back at 4PM and the room was still not cleaned and someone came and asked if they could clean. "We stayed on the 6th April, welcomed with a glass of cold bubbly - the room was spacious, even had sockets for non-UK devices. The water was always lovely, hot and the bed, pillows very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, I recommend the Avocado toast. The girls on reception were always friendly and smiling as was the doorman. We would definitely stay here again. "

"I stayed at this location October 2023. I was excited to return. Downside is currently the hotel's restaurantis only serving Continetal Breakfast. Upside, The Leinster Arms is around the corner and they have a wonderful menu. History Enthusiasts would be interested to know the Lancaster became the Douglas House. Early Who fans might be interested to know this was a club that The Detours played at often. I am looking forward to returning soon."
