"I enjoyed my five-week stay at Astoria Hotel, primarily because of hospitality, professionalism, and respectfulness of the staff. I also especially enjoyed the restaurant’s included breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet option. The location was ideal for me as I was conducting research at the Maharashtra Archives but also near other important Mumbai sites. "Dipesh and team were wonderful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Even added some perks and complimentary upgrades! Wonderful staff. The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. One area of improvement - I wish they would allow hotel residing guest to make reservations at the dining places, especially when guests pay to enjoy the view. "The staff here was excellent but this hotel needs major improvements. It looks like owners don’t care about putting money into the hotel and only taking it out. His hotel has a good potential but is not going anywhere like it is. Breakfast was sent to room but very little choice except egg, banana toast and tea. Not worth the price hotel is charging "
