"Picked tu is hotel for an overnight stay since it was near the airport, its located in a not so great neighbourhood but they have security at the gate so you should feel safe inside at least until certain time of the early morning when the security leaves Anyway, nothing special about the room or service. This was an average hotel with an average service. The room felt very agy and desperately asks for some Renos"

"Stayed for 7 nights. We live in US, but grew up in Chembur. Excellent value for money. Loved the choices for Morning Breakfast and the staff. We also used the Laundry and booking taxi for airport facilities. The staff and service is really great. Bathroom was clean, roomy and nice, only complain the toilet flush handle could use repair work. Highly recommend overall."

"Modern hotel, but nothing attractive about the area. The service in the bar and restaurant was poor. Very slow and disorganised. Breakfast food offer limited. "This was the first time I tried lemon tree hotel chain, and it was highly maintained and very nice ambience. The staff is very supportive and food of restaurant is awesome. I tried buffet as well as alakarte and both were just delicious. Only regret I have is the size of rooms, the size of rooms are very small. But well maintained."

"The property in of its self is very nice. You won’t see it being patronized by a lot of foreigners due to the area it’s located. The staff at the hotel makes the stay enjoyable. Also the three square meals per day that can be included in the rate is amazing. Bring your own hand towel and face towels as well as lotions because the hotel doesn’t provide any. I’ll go back and stay there the next time I’m in Kohinoor City"
