"The Staff went above and beyond. They took time and effort to connect with us in the lobby, in the dining hall and otherwise. They wanted to know our flight out and when they understood that our flight out was later than our checkout time, they were offered to extend our check out. Chef Dibyojyoti heard us call out Mishti-Doi and packed us a gift of much more - fresh Bengali sweets. We would have loved to stay more just because of the warm hospitality. Seems like the staffs has an amazing sense of pride in what they do and are given the authority to take care of guests with personalized and individual attention. The property is lovely and packs an old world charm of understated opulence. "

"I stayed for my first night of three here as have 3 booking. This property is amazing and location too. I scored 4* for cleanliness as the room was quite dusty with some areas with a layer of dust. I mentioned this to the hotel and whilst I was out for the evening the hotel bent over backwards and ensured my room was cleaned again to a high standard so hopefully on my next stay in a few days it will score 5* The location is amazing with so much nearby and nothing more than 10-15 minutes walk away or less. The food here is amazing and service received from Rajesh at breakfast was outstanding. I want to mention Prince who ensured our stay was perfect and Sanjay from concierge who has been really helpful in holding a couple of items for me so I do not have to carry it everywhere I go. I definately recommend this place and this place will be my first choice when I teval to Be galley again. However I am already returning twice again within the next couple of weeks."
