" THIS HOTEL DID NOT EXIST. ARRIVING AT THE PROPERTY ADDRESS I WAS TOLD THAT THIS HOTEL OWNER PACKED UP AND CLOSED DOWN A FEW DAYS BEFORE FEB 20TH (MY DATE OF STAY). I WAS IN A SERIOUS INCONVENIENCE. WROTE TO EXEDIA WITH NO REPLY YET. I AM BACK IN MARYLAND AND NEED REFUND FROM EXPEDIA SOON."

"Our flights from Delhi to the Maldives were such that we had to stay overnight in Bengaluru so this place fitted the bill since it's only 10-15 minutes away from the airport and we didn't have to contend with the infamous traffic jams of the city. But location apart, it was a quite spectacular stay. "Our family of 4 from Malibu, CA, US stayed here at 2 of the luxury suites for 3 nights in December 2024. Outstanding, well maintained property right opposite Bangalore airport. The staff goes above and beyond on virtually everything. An example is that Abhijeet and the chef at the Japanese restaurant opened at 6 pm (about half hour early) to serve dinner the night that we had an early morning flight. Outstanding job, Taj! Keep it up!"
