"Ok if your main concern is cheap. Beds not comfortable. Bath door wouldn’t close big chunk of door missing @ the bottom. Looked like mold around the hole. Strong water pressure but Shower head sprayed so wide of a pattern it soaked the bathroom floor With shower curtain closed. "

"Mostly highway workers going back and forth. All were very cordial and respectful. Housekeeping staff was professional. Front desk staff both Calvin and Lynn were awesome. The side door is a bit scary, but it's about safety for them."

"Great location. Easy to drive to. Easy to check in, unload, adjacent parking. Warm welcome. Beale Street, museums within walking distance, yet our 7th floor room was quiet on a Saturday night. Thank you, Hampton Inn Beale Street!"

Will stay again

"Loved this hotel. Friendly staff at check in and check out. Room was comfortable and clean. Valet parking was backed up so we used public parking (understandable since it was a big concert night). Not a big deal since we know the downtown area well. This will be our go-to downtown Memphis hotel going forward. Definitely prefer over the adjacent, well-known historical hotel for both price and comfort. "
