Free and lots of , tea, toothbrush, slippers and robe to use while you are there. Good shower pressure. "The room was so lovely and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had issues with our flights and arrived later than expected and the staff were understanding and helpful. It’s very close to train stations and is attached to a massive mall. Highly recommend to stay here. A little side note. It is a little far from the centre of Tokyo. Taking anywhere between 2 to 3 trains to get anywhere but we really enjoyed the train rides and experience. "
