The discription said the room had a patio. It didn't whatsoever. And the entire interior was very dark. But it was very quaint and clean and located walking distance from our event.

Huge puddle in front of my door. I asked them to clear, they did not . Ice was melting from top of my train car so I had to walk through dripping from entry. Ice clumps could have been swept. Instead they fell on my head !

I loved everything about The Hotel Chalet. The staff was so nice and the gentleman that brought my bags to my room was so kind and very helpful. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was so comfortable. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay there when we come back to Chattanooga. Thank you for being so friendly.

Extremely walkable to the area around the Choo Choo. We didn’t drive the entire trip after parking. Many restaurants and bars around. Nicely decorated interior gives vintage 20s vibes. Bed very comfortable and nice linens.
