"This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. "I stayed at this hotel twice during a month long stay in Bordeaux primarily because it was where a Trip USA Bordeaux tour started, so I added days on the front and back end of that tour. Ricardo, the day manager, was exceptionally helpful, but all of their staff is well trained as they have a hospitality training school on site. They offer breakfast as an extra but it’s rather expensive unless you’re a big eater.The room was very comfortable although I found the bedding too warm for my taste....
