"I picked this hotel since it had a shuttle to the airport, it was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfy but needed more structural support. I stayed overnight. After a 7am departure, I arrived at the from desk at 5pm, when the employee informed me that the shuttle was not going to the airport due to a flat tire. The young man at the from desk halted his duties and ordered a taxi for me, which allowed me to barter for a lower fare once we arrived at the airport."

Not sure why, if I reserved the room and paid for it, it was given to someone else — but too exhausted on arrival to argue. A good place otherwise. Just a little irritating about the room. "
