"Brought my wife to Charlotte for an overnighter and chose Hyatt House cause of its walking distance to the venue we were attending. I was very happy with the hotel, it’s staff, and the accommodations. Hotel was right in the middle of town, only two minute walk from the arena. Staff were extremely pleasant and checked us in with no delays or issues. The room was clean, spacious, and everything we needed for the night. I will definitely stay at the Hyatt House on my next visit to Charlotte!"

"Terrell at the front desk, went out of her way to make me comfortable. Construction at the hotel. Housekeeping left a pile of laundry blocking the hallway all night. 1/2 filled trash cans left in room from previous Occupants. "

"I had a lot of trouble getting a tv channel. I also saw the room temp is controlled by the tv remote. I spent half the night listening to a computer talking at me as I tried to get a channel I knew...just happy the room temp was to my liking or I'd have been up all night. And no microwave???"

"This was a last second option, but convenient. My girlfriend and I had a canceled flight, so we had a good one night stay here. Nothing to special about the place, nice outside pool! "
