"This hotel has it all! It’s a classy looking joint with rooms to match! The location is in the middle of all street food action of Chinatown. Your Bangkok adventure begins right outside of your door. It’s also close to the subway and river ferry. The staff are kind and attentive. This makes a big difference. The included breakfast buffet has a good selection of really good food. Never got tired of it. And…there is an espresso/latte machine! This was our second visit here and it won’t...

"Nice pool, but the room was a bit shabby and the staff seemed overwhelmed. There was one restaurant open when I arrived at 9pm, the staff were really busy and no other options nearby. It’s also at least a 25 minute drive from the airport, they do have a free shuttle but it only runs at certain times and traffic was insane at 6am. Fine for overnight before a flight home, but glad I wasn’t staying longer. "

"This hotel has a very nice lobby with nice restaurants and welcoming staff. It gives the impresesion of a high-end hotel upon arrival. Unfortunately, the room had some unsightly signs of wear and tear, and the lighting system in the room was defective. There was a visible stain on the carpet and a crack in the bathroom sink. I am not sure I would stay here again, unless they renovated and upgraded the guest rooms."
