"Check in could have been more convenient. Housekeeping lady (from Albania, I forgot her name) was extremely nice and prioritises Customer Support over everything else. Front Desk and Pantry staff are a bit cold. Door & Concierge were happy staff as well. Great location, and decent size room at a very competitive price. Recommend!"
