"Was a nice place but very noisy in the mornings. First suite we had was right above an automatic garage door and it was impossible to sleep due to the constant opening and closing of the doors. They then moved us to another suite and it was better but the suites all have chairs that are very noisy moving around and was tough to get some peace and relaxation. I’d recommend getting some less noisy chairs/furniture so the suites below don’t suffer from activity above… Other than that the property...

"Our stay here was FANTASTIC! The guy who checked us in was so kind, and gave us a free room upgrade. The room was amazing and so nice and clean. The hot tub area is so great. Parking was free and very convenient. Great walkability for downtown banff and the ski are bus stops right at the hotel which was great. Can’t wait to come back! "
