"Arriving early, my room was ready; however, it was a room facing the busy street, with an entry facing common shared areas with high traffic. As a single woman, I did not want an area with limited privacy; worse yet, an area with internal and external access to many- as well as noisy. Ben, at check in, easily resolved the situation without disregard. Alba at housekeeping welcomed me as I took the elevator. The staff and location make Copley Square Hotel a welcoming and safe place. Thank you."

"Every single staff person was incredibly nice and helpful, and helped to make our trip even better. We were there for Carnaval, and were excited to see Bonhomme made an appearance for breakfast one morning! Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom design is a little funky, but we had a lovely stay with our toddler and would stay again. "
