"So the hotel is amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. The common areas are incredible and the location is the best I've stayed in London, and I've been there a lot. The only downside was that the cleaning services were very inconsistent. For the first few days there were no issues, but towards the end there were several days we came back at 4PM and the room was still not cleaned and someone came and asked if they could clean. "Some staff were fantastic but some were so miserable looking. Breakfast was amazing, omelette lady so good, location great, modern decor refreshing, and swimming pool a hit with the kids. Nowhere online does it say kids can’t swim after 6pm so that wasn’t good. Rooftop bar also only open thu-Saturday so didnt get to do that also. There’s a service charge added to all drinks in the bar, even just hot chocolate. Small bathroom but 2 king beds was good. Used robes for swimming but they weren’t...

"I can’t believe how wonderful our stay at The Bloomsbury was. The location is perfect, just a 3 minute walk to at least 2 tube stations and near shopping, pubs and attractions. The staff were incredible especially Andrew and Ivan, the 2 bars were fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful, charming stay in London "
