The view was amazing. Only in London could we get that view. Beatrix, thank you for the warm welcome with a glass of bubbly. Martin you are truly the best bartender a guest could ask for. Olga your customer service is five star. The hotel is amazing on the inside and out. We've traveled /visited New York to Hawaii...

"A nice, clean hotel near the British Museum. There are numerous pubs nearby for a beer and a bite and you can walk, albeit about a half hour stroll, to Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Trafalger Square and many other attractions. The room was modern with good wifi and a clean, small bathroom. There is a nice little restaurant attached serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, or just cocktails. Friendly staff and reasonably priced."

"Overall the room was nice, however it wasn't perfectly cleaned as when we arrived there was a hair in the shower. Also, the sink was leaking so we had to call and have it fixed. The service was quick and nice. I was expecting a bit better quality in the interiors and less worn items from a 4* hotel. I've been in the Marriott Hotel in El Cairo many years ago and maybe because of that experience, I set my expectations bar a bit too high. Anyway, in general it was a good stay and I might consider...

"excellent hotel, I would definitely return. Excellent location, luxurious rooms, the bathroom is a bit narrow and too small for me. I need to add money for a king bed . very expensive breakfast. We asked for a late check-out the management asked for 150 pounds for 4 hours. Excessive in my opinion"

"Easy access from Heathrow via the Tube. Many museums, historic sites, restaurants are within a short walk. Staff are friendly, accomodating and focused on the needs of the guest. It is our regular hotel when we are in London. "
