"We stayed at the G Mekong for 4 nights. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was amazing, very fresh and omelettes and noodles also available. We dined at the hotel's restaurant once plus had food at the pool and the food and service was also amazing. The hotel was a short tuktuk ride away from the centre of Pnhom Penh so really convenient for us. "

"Everything was fantaastic during our short 3-night, 4-day stay there. In particular, the staff members were very courteous, humble, kind, gentle, pleasant, receptive, responsive, and geneous. They would always greet us with folded hands and a smile. They made us feel welcomed all the time. If they embodied the Cambodian culture, then we are very impressed with that culture. I would not even care to mention the little issues we might have encountered occasionally because they were taken care of post-haste. My declaration does not come lightly because over the years, I have traveled to 57 different countries and 39 U.S. states…staying in some of the very best places - I’m “qualified” to say this. So, what makes this hotel special? Aside from its great location along the Tonle Sap river, close proximity to the Royal Palace, and immaculate grounds and facilities, it’s the Staff who make all of the difference. I later asked her only once to do something for me and without taking written notes, she completed my request flawlessly. She had given me her fullest attention and then made sure it was all done correctly without my having to double check. This is the kind of service you can expect here. Perfection!"

"Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh is a fabulous Hotel. Everything is just perfect. Beautiful lobby area / entrance, beautiful rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet, really nice gym & pool. I even had a massage in the spa which was amazing. Great location too near the Riverside area. I highly recommend."
